We are hiring operators with demolition experience to operate our late model equipment. Operators are classified based on the level of equipment you operate.

*YOU MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE EQUIPMENT LISTED BELOW TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION*

Medium Equipment: Skid steer, Brokk & Water Truck (CDL not required but a plus)
Large Equipment: from 20,000 lb.-200,000 lb. excavators w/a multitude of attachments (Ball, beam, hammer, processor, shear, UHD Booms with processors) 
Job Requirements:

  • MUST have Reliable Transportation.
  • Must have a clean driving record. MVR’s will be checked.
  • MUST be dependable and punctual.
  • You will be required to lift 50lbs or more, climb on equipment for inspections.
  • Schedules vary. We work nights, days and weekends if necessary.
  • Operators are required to grease and fuel their own equipment, with the equipment/trucks DQD provides.
Job Description:
  • On-time arrival on EVERY shift.
  • Greasing and inspecting the equipment prior to the start of shift.
  • Operating equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner without causing damage to the surrounding areas/equipment.
  • Post shift equipment inspection and report any deficiencies to the management team.
